I am a licensed therapist with a practice dedicated to women who struggle with stress and anxiety.  I received my masters in counseling in 1999 and have worked with adults and children in a variety of settings in community mental health, private practice, research and alternative education.

I enjoy working  with clients to better cope with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. My early years in mental health were spent with children and families. This experience led me to appreciate the importance of attachment in human development. Attachment, cognitive and existential theories all inform the work I do with clients.
